I have always loved the name Hayden for a boy, my baby is due any day now and I want to name him Hayden Mitchell. My day care girl has a daughter named Haiden for a girl...What do you think?? (Other name considering is Corbin Dean)
I actually think it is one of the FEW names that is cute for either. But I like it for a boy better. I think Hayden Mitchell is very nice. And I like it much better than Corbin
I think of it as a boy name, but I do know a girl with that name.
Then again, what do I know.... I named my daughter a boy name, which 95% of this board hates.
what's her name?
And Hayden is a boy name.
My DD's name is Addison. When I picked it, I was blissfully unaware of how trendy it was until I gave birth and was informed that there had already been at least 7 other Addison's born within the week. Yes, I know what it means, but regardless I love it. I just can't picture a boy named Addison. It sounds feminine to me.
To add to the horror, my son's name is Ryne, which is mispronounced by almost everyone. Its not made up, but its not common either.
My husband is a really big Cubs fan, and both kids names can be tied back to that.
I prefer Hayden for a boy, but it has definitely become unisex. I have a 6 y/o nephew named Hayden and when he was born I thought it was so original. I still like it better than the other ayden names.

I actually think of both. My boss has a teenage son named Hayden, but I've also heard it for a girl. I think it works great for either!
I hate the name Corbin, btw, so my vote is definitely on Hayden!

Traditionally a boy name but that Hayden actress started the girl trend it seems..
I still love Hayden for a boy- and prefer it to Corbin
I agree.. I like it better for a boy Hayden Mitchell is a nice name!
I don't like Hayden for either. The -ayden trend is just taking over these days.

The only Hayden I am familiar with is that actress Hayden Pannetierre. So in my eyes, Hayden is more of a girls name.
That being said... Hayden Mitchell has a nice flow to it!

when I hear it I think boy (even if there are girls with that name)
Hayden Mitchell is a good name
corbin is nsm
IMO Hayden is a girls name.
I Love Corbin Dean!
Well it is a boys name....another that girls are now using.
I actually hate it for boy or girl... aydens are an expiring trend i hope
Boy...but the fact that's turned unisex makes me dislike it. I like Corbin Dean better solely bc it's not unisex....and hopefully never will be.
