Just got two lines on a blue dye test... (long)

... now I have no idea whether or not I should believe it because of all of the false positives on them. Here's a little bit of background:

I'm 13dpo.
I've been taking $tree tests everyday for the past 4 days and been getting "I see something" lines on there, but not nearly enough to convince me that they are not evap lines.
The lines on the $tree tests haven't really been getting any darker.
In a nutshell about the $tree tests: No solid bfp.
I took a digital two days ago and it said No.
I picked up the on-sale Walgreens tests this morning because I was sure that the $tree ones suck.
I tested with SMU... the line is light but def there and it showed up within a minute.

What should I think?

Savannah---yeah... (enter whiney voice)... but I'm scared to see Not Pregnant. Just gonna have to bite the bullet tomorrow I suppose.

It kinda sounds to me like you're pregnant!! I hope so! GL!!

How long is your usual LP?  Or is this your first month charting..I didn't see any chart history to try to gauge.  I would second pp and try another digital though.  So frustrating!  GL though!!

I'd either get a digital or the pink line tests for tomorrow - I've heard of a lot of people who got false positives with the blue line tests. If you don't want to see the "not pregnant" maybe get a FRER with the pink lines and try that?

It sounds promising. I don't really have any advice though because the $tree tests worked for me. Are the "I see something" lines coming up in time, or after sitting around?

Erin, they are waaaaaay within the 10 minutes. But I can't tell if there is any pink to them or not.

Lyte- This is my first month charting, so technically I don't know my LP. BUT, I've always had a 13-14 day LP in the past when I took OPKs and stuff, which I know, aren't as reliable as charting.

Well, I don't think it's considered an evap line unless it's outside of 10 minutes.

I know it's hard, but try waiting until tomorrow and test again. I would try a FRER though. Digitals are less sensative, so if your HSG is a bit low, it's not going to necessarily give you an accurate result.

My $tree tests are in my bio if you want to compare...the lines were pretty obvious though...

Honestly, buy a FRER and take it tonight after holding your urine.  I got my first + on FRER, after a negative $tree.

$tree gave me the same visible line within the time limit, but really faint line thing until about 14 dpo.  I had really dark test lines on FRER by that point.  $tree worked really well for some people, but I didn't get a clear pink line that I would have believed until I already knew I was pregnant.

Buy a FRER and a digital.  Take the FRER tonight and the digital tomorrow.  FWIW, I didn't get a + digital until two days after the + FRER.

Ahhh!!! All of these positive vibes!! I'll take the advice and buy a FRER and take it tomorrow. I still have a digital that I'll save for another two days I think. Thanks for the hope, Chicks! You guys are the best!

Good luck with the FRER tomorrow!  I hope this is it for you - and if your LPs have been approx 13-14 days and tomorrow you'll be 14 DPO it sounds like you ought to *finally* get an obvious positive test or AF soon so here's hoping tomorrow finally sorts things out for you - and does it in the positive direction!!!  :-)

Just take the digital that you have.  Why are you going to buy more when you have one you can take?  Isn't it better to get a straight answer than pla around with your "I think I can see it" lines?

The PIPs you posted the other day had nothing on them and almost everyone told you that.

i would def. get a digital. i just had 2 very faint positive tests, took a ditigal this morning and it said pregnant. keep us posted!!!!!!

Supa, I answered that before. I can't handle seeing "Not Pregnant" right now, and seeing as though they need a higher hgc concentration to be accurate, I'm going to wait it out a few days.

The same thing happenend to me this week-end - I took two tests 9 DPO and I "thought" there was a line there, but wasn't sure.  Monday morning I took a digital and it said "PREGNANT"!  SOOOOO much better than trying to guess if it was a line or not!!!!

otherwise, just wait until tomorrow and test with an FRER with FMU
