What are they for? How do they support you? Where would I find one?

    They help lift the weight of your growing belly, and help with back ache. i got mine at motherhood maternity.

    they help a lot with back pain especially and supposedly pelvic pressure, although this hasn't been a problem for me yet so I can't speak from experience. I got the Prenatal Cradle "best cradle" online, but that company sells less-intense ones too. I got the full-body thing because of the twins, but I have to say it has REALLY helped with my back pain. I wear it every day at work.
