Strangest thing happened today
I came home to a package. I have not order anything for myself in a quite a while. I thought my MIL had sent me something from QVC. I opened up the box and found a gift wrapped Coach purse? I was so confused. I do not own anything Coach. I'm more a Target girl. My first thought was "OMG someone stole my credit card," but that really did not make sense. I don't think a thief would send me a gift. Then I wondered whether it was even real, but I checked the website and indeed it is a genuine Coach purse valued at $180 . So, I called Coach and come to find out that it was a gift from some website.
So strange, but the purse is mine! Not really what I would pick, but I'll take it. Anyone have an experience like this before?

Believe me I was freaked. I checked my credit and called the company. My mom gets these incentives at work for good customer service. I've gotta call and see if it was her.
Did you call Coach or the company that sent it to you? I think I would call Coach directly and ask. If it's a scam of some sort, maybe they know something about it. I'd hate to see you get an invoice in a month.
Yup, called Coach. No scam. Like I said, I was thinking the same thing.

DH told me my Christmas gift is enroute, and I'm not to open it when it arrives, so my first thought with your story was that it was a gift from your DH.
If it is, he is playing dumb. I must have entered my info. on a website somewhere and won this. Coach said it was a website and that several people were mailed purses. The purse is valued @ $180 and was paid for with a gift card. No personal information was compromised. I'm using my new purse when we go out tonight!
