I like Pottery Barn's baby gifts, but I feel like a chump overpaying...

BFF had a baby yesterday and now that I know his name and birth details, I wanted to buy her a personalized gift... embroidered baby blanket, or a baby block with his details on it. I don't know if I can bring myself to overpay for the Pottery Barn stuff, though. Any suggestions of other places to shop?
