Does anyone use an e-reader with the Austin library?

Which one do you have? How is the selection - if I'm remembering correctly their e-reader program is new, right?

I'm trying to brainstorm for my Christmas list already!

You can browse the selection here. That's just the fiction selection and it's pretty extensive. They've had ebooks for a little while now, but Kindle recently struck a deal for library loaning.

I love my Nook and borrowing from the library.  It is very easy and you can put books on reserve.  the best part is no late fees!

Thanks! I'm going back and forth on nook vs. kindle - as neat as the new kindle fire looks, I'm always wary of buying a first version of a new electronic.
