I have video that I would love to get a JPEG from, even if it's the picture you see when you look at your videos as a thumbnail.  Any idea how?  I am making DS' scrapbook and we only have a few pics and a few videos of him with my Dad because my Dad went into the hospital when DS was only 3mos and was in the hospital until he passed away.  I really want to make a page with them together though.

DH says if you have firewire on your computer you can hook your camera up to the computer and use Microsoft Movie Maker and pull a still from it and create a JPEG.
