Stew.....long

I posted something on Facebook last week wanting my MIL Stew she makes soo bad!! Well she told me she would make me a big pot of it one day this week, well that day came on Tuesday night. My hubby had to hang around town for a couple of hours waiting to meet her because they were on their way to a viewing and we live 25 minutes away from town. Needless to say by the time I got off at 5 he was not a happy camper that he was still in town waiting for stew i just had to have. And next time not to drag him in the middle of it. Yes this insanley ticked me off since i was not the one to ask him to meet his mother she was. Anyway he got over it by the time he got home i got three bowls of my favorite stew in the world, and now i have a huge container of it at work and it is taking everything i have not to go into the kitchen and eat it.

Haha I am craving potato soup like crazy and I am waiting for my mom to get her act together and make it!

Oh my gosh. Stew sounds amazing. I am gonna have to ask  my mom to make hers. mmmmmmmm.

Mom and I are having a "gigantic soup making and freezing" weekend. I believe veggie soup and chicken noodle are on the menu. FIL made potato soup last Sunday and I ate on it for several days.

I am ready for some of my Mama's soups though...no matter how many times I make them, they're just not as good.
