Yet another NT update

We had our NT ultrasound today. Baby wasn't terribly cooperative, but we finally got a good measurement of 2.0 and the overall rates are good (DS ~1:5000, Trisomy 18 <1:large # (lowest possible risk)). No gender guess. The doctor says everything looks great.

I got my flu shot and DH is getting his at work next week.

I posted on FB and set my parents loose to tell whomever they want.

I also asked the doctor if she and the other 2 in her practice rotate taking calls for delivery and she said no, they try to deliver their own patients. Yay! She said she's got a lot of babies due in April, so she's not planning any big trips. I also asked her opinion of the 2 hospitals where they deliver. She said one has nicer rooms, but the other has a better NICU and better nurses. We're still going to tour both, but I'm leaning towards better nurses.

So take heart, those who don't feel pregnant. I wouldn't have been surprised to have a sad day today, but everything went great!
