If you are going to clip the finger nails of an 11 month old, don't lather them up in lotion before hand.  I just had a huge struggled with the baby.  There was screaming on both ends.  But after about 7 minutes I got all 10 finger nails clipped!  Not the toes though.  Damnit.  I knew I forgot something.
