So I'm still running 25-30 miles per week and generally feeling pretty good but I've noticed that my legs feel REALLY dead especially after long runs. It used to be 1-2 days after long runs but now it's lasting 3-4 days. It feels like it did when I got above 45+ miles during marathon training, just fatigued all the time.
Anyone got any tips?
I'm still stretching and obviously drinking TONS of water but besides that? Is this just inevitable?
