  • I've been waiting not to look like a pig! I ate my lunch at 11 am..left over chicken souvlaki...and then got really excited when I realized there was one last dove ice cream bar (dark chocolate w/vanilla) in the freezer! lol

  • I've been eating cheese sandwiches every day...yesterday I ate my lunch at 10AM and had to go out to get some more when actual lunchtime came around!

     Tomorrow is my favorite, Wednesday's at a nearby cafe are cream of broccoli soup day...love it!

  • I've been thinking about it all morning :)

     I'm having leftover spaghetti from last night and peaches.  YUM!

  • No!!  I'm starving and I had 4, yes FOUR pieces of toast for breakfast this morning.  I'm starving!!!  Thinking a giant salad from Jason's Deli or a giant baked potato with lots of sour cream and butter and cheese and bacon or...oh wait this is just making it worse. 

    I think lunch may come early for this girl!

  • I dont know yet...the restaraunt across the street has an awesome salad bar I am thinking about going there...I shouldnt be hungry I had TWO chicken biscuits from Chick fil a this morning and I have mild heart burn...but I am hungry and will eat in spite of it ;)

     I've been eating cheese sandwiches for like the past two weeks.  So delicious.  I could eat them everyday...and pretty much have.  Today I am mixing it up with PB & J.

  • Considering I did not eat dinner last night, and only had a small bag of teddy grahams for breakfast I am going out for lunch!!  My local Chili's is donating 10% of your food purchase for Diabetes Association today, so me and my sister are going there for lunch! YUMMY
  • I am kicking myself for not going food shopping yesterday, because I am stuck in the house waiting for the cable guy to come and there's nothing here to eat!  So, I just had mashed potatoes from last night :(

  • I am having salad with feta cheese (pasturized), cranberries, nuts, and white wine basalmic dressing. Plus I have some chips and fruit snacks also. Yum!

    ETA: I know the contents of my lunch at 5:50 am when I pack it for work.

  • I eat lunch at 10:45 am (not by choice), so it's definitely not too early for WFL post!

    I had some soup, crackers, and an orange.

  • Not at all!! I always look forward to wfl and wfd!! I have no idea for today- all I know is I'm starving. Thinking maybe a chocolate milkshake and something healthy.

  • I'm having a peanut butter and honey on multigrain bread and strawberry greek yogurt. 
  • Leftover enchiladas from last night. They are so good and relatively healthy - a small amount of reduced fat cheese, ground chicken breast and mashed black bean filling, no oil used in cooking.
