Apparently, no need for a carseat

DS, who is 3, said yesterday when we were getting in the car that the new baby won't need a car seat because he was just going to hold the baby in the car.  Yeah, probably not but the sentiment was nice I guess.

    Hey, that's an idea! I just threw J's infant seat away the other day.

    I am really scared of DD wanting to help too much with this baby. She hasn't said anything like this, but she helps a whole lot with my 2 mo old nephew when he is around. She is quite enamored by him and what goes on.

    I guess it is better for them to want to help too much than to "hate" the baby.  Do you watch Modern Family?  That episode was funny last week with the little girl saying "my Daddy" and "I hate the baby".

    My DD would be so down with that!  I was cracking up at Modern Family last week.  totally made up for them replacing Lily.  lol

    Things is, when I was PG the 2nd time, she wanted NOTHING to do with babies or baby dolls and would just fling a baby doll across the room. Maybe she's outgrown some of that.
