NT scan ?

So my OB works in two clinic, she does a day a week in the one I see her at and then 4 days in the other.  Because she is at the other more often all my scans, etc are being booked through them.  I love my OB she was our original infertility doctor so I will never leave her. The nurse from that clinic phoned me on Thursday, left a message and asked me to call back Monday. FF to today I call back first thing and leave a message I hear nothing back all day, I phone again 10 mins before they close and leave another message.  She phones me back 30 mins later and says she needs me to come and pic up the NT scan paper work from their office.  I say okay I will haul ass from school tomorrow and be there before 4pm.

So my question is what is the paper work?  I kind of assumed that it would all be faxed over the office doing the u/s ~ am I wrong is it something more intense?

My NT scan was done at a separate location from my OBs office. They mailed me a packet of paperwork that included information about family history of any genetic disease, etc. Probably 3-4 pages worth.

I keep hearing people talk about the paperwork.  But I didn't have to fill anything out with either pregnancy.  However, I did fill out all that family history stuff at my first OB appt.  Maybe they use that?

I filled all that stuff out at my first OB appt. too.  I am just annoyed that I have to haul over there tomorrow, where if she had called me back early today I could have gone today!!
