1st trimester screen/NT appt

So the twins looked good, measured right on track and were moving all around so that was nice... But did find out that i'm high high risk with twins and my history, so instead of going to see MFM every 4 wks like I thought, it's 3 weeks from today and then EVERY 2 weeks after until end of 2nd/beginning of 3rd trimester or so when it'll be every week. They want to keep an eye on my cervical length apparently... DH was pretty freaked, he is a worry wort. Said that it's great that i'm not working now and able to take it easy and rest daily, and that come 24-28 weeks I should take a few hours daily to rest to try to keep the twins cooking as long as possible.
