dildocam update (SHG)

So my ovaries look nice and "young" according to the RE. There's some spot of tissue in my uterus and she wasn't sure what it was - it could be scar tissue from the d&c, but that wouldn't have explained the blighted ovum.

Also, I have factors 5 & 10 MTHFR, which I have heard of but know next to nothing about, so I will be googling furiously this evening. All I understand at this point is I don't absorb folic acid and I need massive doses of it.

So our plan for now is I could have a hysteroscopy to have the tissue removed, or we can redo the SHG in a month and see if it's still there, and then have the hysteroscopy. Decisions to be made:(
