  • What a beautiful name! I love it! I don't think it is too popular at all.

~~makes note to mention this name to DH~~

  • MH suggested this, it was a front runner for a while but we went another way.  such a classic name.

  • The only reason I am concerned about popularity is because of Denise Richards' baby.

I don't think she's that incredibly popular that her child's name would skyrocket into popularity.

I love Eloise. It's one of my 4 top girl names.

  • I don't think the name Eloise (which I love) is getting too popular, but names that start with El are.

  • I really like it. It's not a popular name were I come from. ;)
  • I don't think Eloise is overly popular, but Ellie is. I would call her by her FN, and insist everyone else do the same.
  • I agree with pp posters that Eloise isn't too popular, just the Elle nn and names.

FWIW I adore the name Eloise, if only it would sound good with our last name.

Oh yes...no Ellie. It's such a beautiful name that it doesn't even warrant a nn.
