I don't think she's that incredibly popular that her child's name would skyrocket into popularity.

I love Eloise. It's one of my 4 top girl names.

I don't think Eloise is overly popular, but Ellie is. I would call her by her FN, and insist everyone else do the same.

I agree with pp posters that Eloise isn't too popular, just the Elle nn and names.

FWIW I adore the name Eloise, if only it would sound good with our last name.
