I am craving a lemon meringue pie and I can't find a single one in the entire city!  WTF!  I called more than 10 places.

    What about the frozen ones that Marie Callender's makes? I've been craving cobbler, but I'm too lazy to go out and buy stuff.

    I have been wanting pumpkin pie for a week.  I finally went to the store and bought the stuff to make one this evening.  By the time I got home I was to tired to make the stupid thing.

    I still haven't got my pie, but I had DH make something else.  Blueberries with candied lime zest and mint.  I think I'm just craving tart with a little sweet.  I still can't get lemon meringue pie out of my head, but for now I'm ok.

    Get out your reamer and some eggs - making the lemon custard is super easy.  You can make the full pie, but I'm telling you that a couple spoonfuls will definitely satisfy your cravings.

    Just reading the title of the thread made me want some pumpkin pie.  Looks like a trip to the grocery store is in my future!
