Obviously I have no way of knowing yet, but I'm pretty sure this one is going to be a boy...DH is from a family of 6 boys, and his brother & sil just found out their having a boy! A cute little girl would be nice in the midst of all those guys, but I'm thinking  we'll probably be adding a handsome little boy to the clan

Anyone else feel like they pretty much know what they're having?

I totally feel like this is a girl. I've always wanted a boy first, but all of my dreams have been that it's a girl. That's fine, because after multiple losses, I just want a healthy baby. I know DH wants a little girl and it would be totally cute to see that. I also just realized tonight that DH has basically never HELD a baby before!! I mean, his little sister when he was small, but the most he has done as an adult is pass a baby from one person to another. This should be interesting.

Wow! DH is the same as yours- he was in the middle, so he held a few of his brothers when he was young, but since then, I don't know! It'll be funny to see how they do now!

Definitely agree on the healthy baby thing- but even though it's most likely a boy since the man decides, I know what you mean- seeing him with a little girl would be so sweet

That's so cool! Have you had any dreams of a baby girl yet? My SIL swears that every pregnant woman dreams of their baby at least once during the pregnancy, and it's dead on right....with my neice she dreamt that she was having a little brown haired/brown eyed baby, and she was right!

DH and I have been saying boy from the beginning, we even only came up with a boy name and they believe they saw boy at the NT scan.  I can't wait to see what turns up with all those boys in your family.

DUBS3 YOU READ MY MIND! I was totally going start a post like this. Because as crazy as it might be I want to know what people's gut instinct is telling them. I'm dead set on a boy, no reason I just can't shake it!

Boy.. Although I feel like I am being led to think that anyway, EVERYONE who has seen me says I look so different than the first time (fatter? More acne? Ha!) and they are all just positive it's a boy. I did have a premonition a few days before ovulation and actually told my husband if we conceived in july it would be a boy, I just knew it. That was a WEIRD feeling. I can't really see myself with a boy since I have a girl, but I am sure it's just wonderful and I am looking forward to finding out.

My husband is convinced it is a little girl. As is everyone around me.

I dreamt of myself with a baby 10 years ago- the most vivid dream ever- I woke up saying I understand what Lauryn Hill is singing about in "Zion"- the baby in that dream was a beautiful baby boy. I've had his image in my mind for years- crazy I know.

I haven't had any dreams about the baby at all, but I just have a feeling it is a girl, I can't even explain why...I asked DH if he had any gut feeling and he said girl too....but we really would be happy either way, it doesn't matter at all! I think maybe I read something early on that referred to the baby as she or her and I somehow got stuck on that...I don't know...I really have no idea why...

It's so funny to see what everyone's gut feeling is...I think we should go back to this post around November and see who was right!

I have been having dreams of a girl. And im naturally drawn more to girl things when i am at places like babies r us.

but i would be happy either way, as long as i have a healthy baby!

I thought FOR SURE my daughter was a boy, weren't we surprised when she was born.

I'm torn!   In my heart I feel like it's a boy BUT my brain is telling me to be rational that I "know" it's going to be another girl!  LOL!  We'll see in 28wks or so =0)

I just *knew* my first was a boy. All the OWTs said boy (except, interestingly, the HR one). According to everyone who randomly offered their opinion, I carried like it was a boy. I dreamed it was a boy. Aaaaand it was a girl.

This time around, I really don't have a preference. On one hand, I'd love another girl. The clothes are cute. The names are fun. I'd love for my daughter to have a sister like I do. On the other, my poor little son has three girl cousins and a sister and is the only grandson on either side. It would be kind of nice to give him a brother. I kind of feel like it's a girl, but my record at guessing is pretty bad. We'll find out in the delivery room!!

I have not had any dreams about the baby myself, but my sister and the wife of a friend both dreamt it was a boy, although my sister later dreamt it was a girl...lol. In the very beginning, like right after I found out I was PG, I was SURE it was a girl, and was even more certain after I found out I O'd late, but lately I've been having boy vibes. My skin has been awful from the beginning so I've been wondering too if that's a sign it's a boy...as long as it's healthy though, I will be thrilled either way!

I'm feeling a girl. Everyone around me says girl. I also dreamed of a toddler girl last night... But I also got laid off from my job two weeks before I was due in that same dream. Hope not all of that comes true. Oi.

All I feel is girl, but I keep telling myself and everyone else boy b/c I'm trying to prep myself for more testosterone in the house.  With DH, SS, the male dog and cat, I need a little bit more estrogen around here!!!!

This!  My SO has 2 boys so I know it isn't likely that it is a girl but I feel like it is for no reason at all.  So does he!

I am convinced it is a boy, on the guys side of dh family there hasn't been a girl in 4 generations. We reallyyyy want a girl though but are happy with out little man.

I think I'm having a boy.  I don't have anything to back up my theory other than my instinct.  Although, I'm terrible at guessing what people are having, lol...so time will tell I guess.

DH and everyone we have told thinks it is a boy but I have no idea. I keep referring to LO as 'he' but I think its because of what I keep hearing.

I would be happy either way, there are only two small children in our family so far (one of each) so either gender will be good On a side note, my niece told me that 'she knows how to play boy games' (if its a boy) and 'she will teach the new baby how to be a princess' (if its a girl). She just turned 5 -too funny

I've thought it was a girl from day one, maybe it was more wishful thinking!  But everyone who has given a prediction says boy.  FIL is 100% positive that it's a boy, and he was right with both of his kids' predictions.  (I'd love to prove him wrong, lol)

Before I even got my BFP, I started having these strong feelings that I was going to have a boy. DH agrees with me, but EVERYONE else thinks girl. My mom readily admits though that she's always wrong.

I am also thinking boy this time around.

I am sure that everyone else will hope it is a boy. Of the last 10 babies born in both of our families 8 have been girls & only 2 have been boys.

We have boy names saved from when I was pregnant with our daughter so I think those will come into play again....unless I find something new

I keep thinking girl, but I thought DS was going to be a girl, too. However, DH was convinced DS was a boy and now he says this one is going to be a girl, so we'll see. There is an extreme lack of girls on my mom's side of the family, so there's a lot of pressure for this one to be a girl! Also, I caved and got a reading from Cheri22 back when I was TTC and she said I would conceive or find out in August and have a girl. She was right about August, so we'll see.

I have no way of knowing, but I find myself saying "she" or "her" all the time.  So weird!  Even at my first appt at 5 weeks, one of the nurses commented on my pink shirt and said something about mother's intuition and how I'll probably have a girl!

i've dreamt about it a few times and it's always been a girl. so i am hoping thats right! my boyfriend has a son so it will be real nice to have a girl.

I "feel" it's a girl. Whenever I picture myself with our first baby, I envision a girl. Also, if the Shettles theory has any validity, that points to girl. We were not trying for a gender, but we only had sex once during a possible fertile time, and it was wayyy before I normally ovulate.

I have been thinking boy and girl and after my NT scan she said she got a good shot (saw the wiener on one hahaha). So we are not buying pink and blue yet but we have a great guess!

I'm thinking girl. This pregnancy is way different that the one with my son. Also I tried to sway girl. I wouldn't be disappointed with another boy as we want more than 2 and it would be cute for the two to be little buddies, but I would like a daughter at some point.
