Ultrasound YAY! But bad news on pap....

Went in this morning for our first ultrasound. They wanted to check for twins since I've had two sets already. ONLY ONE BABY!!!! I'm so happy and really don't know what to do with myself knowing its only one! This means only one carseat, one stroller (or a nondouble stroller), only one baby to dress and feed!

The baby is measuring for 13 weeks, which moves my EDD to March 30th! I'm still going to stay with my April mommies since this is where I started! So fun to see the baby move and flip and stretch. The baby looked like he/she had hiccups too! Very active baby. We also got a few 3D pictures too!

I do have some news that seems to be worrisom. I was told that my pap came back with a level 2 lesion. I have never had any issues with previous paps and have always been on time for my yearly visits. I have to go in for a colposcopy to check more in depth. Anyone have this before and everything turned out ok? I just am worried because I'm pregnant and obviously nothing can be done about this right now. It was bad news yesterday with my cervix, but great news today with the baby!

Congrats on great baby news! I am sure one is going to seem crazy to you! Perhaps a boy at that, you'll be lost! LOL.

I don't have experience with the abnormal pap, but best of luck, hope all turns out well.

Thanks for making me feel better about my pap. I really didn't understand what it all meant the first time she told me. It scared me like as if I had cancer. All I kept thinking about was leaving my girls behind in the world. Its scary and I could only imagine those who really do get a confirmed diagnoses with cancer. It took a day to feel ok with the news, and after looking online I'm pretty sure I'm going to be just fine! My MW reassured me not to be stressed over the news but be glad we caught things early. I just think its odd that nothing was found abnormal in January during my last pap.
