Had NT Scan today!

and of course the baby would not cooperate!   It is stubborn and sassy just like its mommy!  They had me turn from side to side, cough, shook my belly and it was just not budging, it was really cool to see it kick me, it finally turned and was doing some fist pumps (no more jersey shore for you baby), it crossed it hands in front of the face then sucked its thumb, we got to see the stomatch and bladder.  They had me take a break, go see my doctor, which said my blood results from few weeks ago were perfect and did my finger prick.  Then we went back in for another ultrasound and they finally got two measurements, she said they like to have 3 but we were not going to get it.  They did find the nasal bone, and said my measurement was 2.3 and they like it to be less than 3, so I am happy.  I should know my results by Wednesday.  The did a guess and said it was girl!!  The heart rate was 154.  I feel so much more at ease.  Now off to take a nap since I did not sleep a wink last night!

Holy crap! That's awesome! That's amazing that they took a guess at a girl. I hope they're right, only for the frustration it would cause if it changed.
