It's already October - crap.

I still can't believe it's October... 6 months ago when talking to my hubby, we figured out purchasing my birth control... and when "we" would go off of it - being that we purchase in packets of 3 monts at a time - I figured sure, October sounds good. Well girlies, I'm not freaking out, but can hardly believe that I've got 5 pills and one week of the iron pills... I've begun taking pre-natal vitamins. But to put this in perspective, it blows my mind! I printed thenest pregnancy checklist and I can't help but laugh just a teeny bit - I mean, the realiziation is setting in! And here I thought having a 230 person wedding was a huge feat!

 Thanks for listening-reading.. This is my first visit back to theknot/nest and my first post. So far, glad I'm venting. Your advice, tips and anything are welcome.

Its been October, almost November.  If you are freaking out to the point of doubting if you can handle this, then maybe use a back up method for a few months.  Chart and get used to your cycles.

If you are having second thoughts, get another 3 months of bc. You can always stop taking them whenever.  But don't go for it if you don't feel comfortable.

Ditto the pp - if your reaction is "It's already October - crap" I'd say you might want to wait and rethink things.

Don't worry, I a m sure it will take a little while for you cycle to regulate, and soon you will be desperate! We were a little nervous first cycle TTC and when we didn't the first try, we were so disappointed. Then you know you are ready!
