Where do you take them for therapy? My pedi recommended Kennedy Krieger in Baltimore. Does anyone have experience there? Is there some place else you could recommend? We live in Carroll County.

We loved the Treatment and Learning Center in Rockville. Too far for us (we're in Northern VA), and I don't know my MD geography, so it might be far for you, too.

We go to KKI for OT and love it there. Nate does not have an ASD dx but if he did I would probably take him there. The new KKI building on Orleans is beautiful, parking is a breeze (free valet) and they have a Brugger's Bagels! We also go there for Developmental Pedi, Neurologist and Othopedics...
Here is a link to a website co-sponsored by The Shafer Center and KKI. I think The Shafer Center (Reisterstown) is a KKI offshoot but I am not completely sure. There are links to both through the website...The video about playing with toys is good!....
I am biased, because I was an intern and fellow at Kennedy Krieger, but it is a phenomenal place!! They provide an array of services (I used to work at the Behavior Management Center), but one of the clinics that would likely fit your needs is the PDD clinic. Dr. Nancy Grace was the director a few years back when I was at Kennedy.
