Maternity Pictures...

So for some of us we are at the 12 weeks mark here soon and in my head thats when I was going to start taking my time line pictures....anyone else? My good friend is a photographer and she is offering to put together a mini book of all the photos for me to keep but I didn't know if any of you ladies had some fun ideas or things you had done in the past I have pinned a few in my Pintrest account but not 1005 sold on any of them. I like the picture frame idea with the week in it and the chalk board but? Take a look and see what you like or if you have any creative ideas I'd love to hear them !!! I ordered a black maternity dress and it gets here on Wednesday and I'll be ALMOST 12 weeks. I'll start taking them every week. I think I'm going to do the same dress in all the pictures, but different poses and different accessories for the dress. Like an Orange and black scarf for Halloween, green and red for Christmas and maybe a Santa hat, some hearts and pink for valentine's day...

What a fun time to be pregnant! We're so lucky!  Also I'm just going to add what week I am to the picture in Photoshop.

 Fun fun! 

PS- love your pinterest board. Super fun ideas.

I love *most* of your maternity photos on Pintrest -- however I am not a fan of the naked maternity pics.  Some people look amazing in those --- I for one would not.  But on the other hand...I think I would have a hard time showing my family and friends pictures of me with no clothes on..haha

 For another idea --- I did see someone take weekly photos -- and they would hold up whatever fruit the baby is the size of...One week they would hold a lemon up to the belly; a papaya; etc.

Pintrest is my savior lol jk but its  a place you can sign up for and "pin" photos or web pages, recipes, crafts to your personal board so you can have all the things you love in one place or if its a recipe you found it will always be easy for you to find. You can browse through things that have already been pinned or you can pin anything you find while surfing the internet. I love it but )

Oh I'd never get the fully naked ones done either but they are just artistically pretty pictures I think. I have a friend who is beautiful and she had those done and looks great, but you are right showing them to my dad or BIL and FIL and grandparents would turn me red fast lol so those are out for me )  I've seen the fruit done before as well I like the idea on Real house wives of "somewhere" lol where she did her maternity pictures with a huge jar of pickles and ice cream as well very cute lol )

I'm doing the same thing! I have a photographer friend that will be doing photos each month of me. We don't have a set theme, I think we're just going to different locations and having fun with it. I do LOVE the photo with the checkmarks on the tummy. SO cute!

I just love this idea, but I find it overwhelming. I can barely remember to get dressed in the morning, the thought of having to deal with pictures is more than I can bear.. But I would still love them after the fact. I took them weekly previously, and here we are at 10 weeks, and I took 1 pic at 5wks...eek.
