Re: Anyone else having constant headaches?

  • How much water are you drinking? I had to up my amount of water I drank and my headaches stopped :)

  • I was for 2 weeks. 2 weeks! Until I changed my prenatals. The pharmacist said they have pretty much the same stuff in them but can be compounded differently. That's what was causing mine. I had recently switched to new ones, so maybe that could be it??? Worth a shot to stop taking them for a day or 2 and see if it stops.

If not, it's probably just your hormones and that sucks. Sorry.

  • Ugh...me too!! I've always had migraine issues, but I haven't had one in a while, and of course can't take my normal meds...just tic-tacs...um, I mean Tylenol. They haven't been migraines, but definitely crappy headaches all day. I bought some of the small 90 calorie mini cokes and I have 1 a day to try and help kick the headache out.l I'm hoping to talk to my Dr about other options on Monday...maybe Phenergan. Hoep you feel better.

I have to admit, probably not as much as I should be drinking.

::::::off to get a refill :)

  • If increasing my water intake doesn't help I'll definitely ask about the prenatals. And vtwd40, I hear you on the tic-tacs!

  • I get headaches a lot too.  My OB recommended more water and more protein.
  • I've been having them, but drinking isn't helping. I assume it's hormones, but it's freaking miserable!!

  • I get headaches AT LEASE twice a day! It's driving me nuts! I drink TONS of water... So I know it's not that. Never thought of changing my prenatals. The only thing that helps is laying down for a nap which even when DH is here to help, it's hard.

  • I have had them everyday for the past 1.5 weeks. I've never had them before. They are in the back of my head which is strange and it feels like i'm going to die.

I could have written this. (I've also got a bad case of bronchitis and coughing my head off is not helping at all.)  I second the drinking suggestion.  I notice mine are worse when I'm not drinking as much water.

  • If I up my water, I'll never be in my classroom!! As it is, I drink like 2 Nalgene bottles a day at work, and then more at home. I pee clear starting at about 9am, so Ithink my water is ok, though I am bloaty still. I think I'm just screwed. :(
