I'm lacking creativity in the kitchen. By the time DH and I get home from work, we have little brain power left to come up with dinner for the kids, let alone for ourselves. I want some ideas of snacks/meals I can make on Sunday, and the kids can eat all week.
For the most part, we eat pretty healthy in our house, but I wouldn't mind adding some more veggies, and mixing it up. Feel like we make the same 10 dishes over and over.
What blogs/websites do you use for inspiration, or what are some of your favorite recipes?

I have a family food blog, there is a link in my siggie. Today's post isn't really a toddler recipe but check the recipe index for ideas if you are interested.
I'm like you, I prefer to do my cooking on the weekends and prepare everything in advance for the kids.
Mac & cheese, angel hair pasta w/tomatoes, ham & cheese wraps, cream cheese & blueberry wraps, chedder & broccoli bites, rice & peas. Bagels & peanut butter. Grapes. Yogurt. Mandarin oranges. Repeat.
Thanks for the links everybody ::scurries off to stalk blogs & print recipes::
Thanks for asking abou the blogs, I need more lunch ideas.
For lunch and breakfast they love: sweet potato fries sprinkled with cinnamon, homemade pizza (I use whole wheat dough and blend veggies to mix in the sauce), black bean burgers with cheese, sunbutter and sugar free jelly on wheat, we also do broc, cheddar nuggets and I mix carrots in as well, yogurt, meatball and pasta(I'll put spinach in meatballs and veggies in sauce), grill cheese and veggies, grilled chicken, pancakes, cheerios and FRUIT!!!
For dinner they usually eat what we eat, so I try to incorporate veggies with each dinner.
