1st appointment today! Can you check my chart?

I had my first appt today.  This is DC #2.  My u/s showed that I have a gestational sac and yolk sac, but we couldn't see the baby or heartbeat yet.  A little disappointed of course!  But Dr says everything is going well.  If I went by my last period I would be 7w4d today, but she says I'm probably not that far along yet and I may have conceived a little later than my chart shows.  I'm going back next Thurs for another u/s and will hopefully see more!  Although my DH can't make it next week so I'll be going by myself.   Could you check my chart?  Linky below.  Did I possibly O on CD 21 instead of CD 17?  But if that's the case, then I had a SUPER early BFP!!!  Thanks ladies.  I'll be posting on May 2012 Moms too!

I would say you ovulated on cycle day 16.  I hope you get good news next week!
