My job grosses me out

I dont have a yucky job....I'm not a nurse or anything...I am a social worker with Child Protective Services (which does have it's yucky moments..but they aren't that often).  For some reason...sitting in my office grosses me out.  My co-worker (obesely overweight smelly man) grosses me out...just the thought of him (actualy...seeing his car this morning made me sick).  The smells in my office make me want to gag....the look of my office makes me want to gag......the voices in my office make me want to gag....I just need to go home!  Vent Done.. I'm surprised my job doesn't make me super sick! haha I work at a hospital (cord blood donation). You would think I'd be having an awful time considering I deal with collecting cord blood from placentas!  Maybe I've become immune to it! What bothers me is the elevator near the emergency room, always smells like pee and also anyone with bad breath!!

I feel your pain!  Just pulling into my parking lot pi$$es me off most mornings.  Hearing the people in my office talk drives me crazy.  I work with some pretty trashy people and all of the constant drama drains me!  By the time I get home I am in a foul mood and grumpy!! 

It's dreary and rainy here today.  I wish I could just go home and snuggle on the couch with my puppy!

Haha - I've been having an ongoing struggle with smells in my office too.  I can smell coffee breath, smokers, stinky sweaties, and non-teeth brushers a mile away.  And someone on my row of cubes was trying to kill me with their cologne on Monday - I had to go sit in a conference room for about 3 hrs b/c I couldnt stand it.
To make it even more fun, yesterday, I developed a smell aversion to my wintergreen gum which was on my desk.  I buried it in my filing cabinet, but still kept smelling whiffs of it.  I moved it to another cube, and finally just ended up leaving and going to a different area b/c I could still smell it.  My coworkers must think I am so strange .
