NST and BPP tomorrow, nervous...

Just precautionary, but kind of nervous, ya know? DH can't come because of work commitments and he has a pretty high pressure job so I don't want him to miss a morning of work(although he offered, I told him no). I just get anxious with these types of things, do you girls feel the same way? Do you go alone?

I usually go to my NSTs alone. DH came once and was bored =/ Try not to stress, it is really not that bad and if you stress it will show on the monitors. Hope it goes well for you! My baby girl kicks the little monitors the ENTIRE time and makes tons of noise for the office so it helps pass the time and is quite entertaining

I always get nervous because dr's appointments. Maybe because we got bad news in the past. DH always comes with me, and I am glad he does. But again, this has more to do with our past experiences. Also, he works 5 minutes from the dr's office.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for a good NST and BPP. Mine are tomorrow too, I'll be thinking about you:)

I had my first NST yesterday and he went with me, but seeing how uneventful it was (I basically sat there which felt like forever strapped to the monitor while LO kicked around) I let him know he doesn't have to come to the other appts. I have to go in twice a week plus I see my OB once a week and my MFM every 2 weeks. Way too many appts!

It's really hard for my DH to make it to appts as well.  He used to have Fridays off so I scheduled all my u/s for those days, but now he works M-F and I have twice weekly appts that it's just impossible for him to make. 

He went with me to our first NST/AFI and it was boring, everything looked good, so he didn't come to the next one just 3 days later... and that was the one I got admitted to the hospital from and was all alone.  Everything was fine, but I understand your concerns.  Most of the time they are just simple boring appts and it isn't worth him coming along.  I hope all goes well with your appt tomorrow!
