OB office FAIL

So I had my NT bloodwork about two weeks ago and the u/s on Friday. They said I could get the results today. So I called, they called back, and guess what? THEY LOST MY BLOODWORK! They said it was the lab that lost it, but you know what? I don't care who it was. I only care that I have to get fingerpricked again tomorrow AND wait another week for my results. Not nice to mess with a pregnant lady waiting on genetic screening results!!! Grrrrrrr.

    When I was in college, I went into my doctors office for a UTI, gave a urine sample and had to wait for them to test it in the lab to get a prescription. I was prone to them so I knew the protocol. I called the next morning and they lost my pee and told me I had to give another sample. WWWWTTTTFFFFFF!!!!! I don't yell but I YELLED at this lady who gave me attitude, telling her how rough my night was because my urethra was on fire and I peed blood. I didn't have too many problems after that but I felt terrible for my kidneys.

    That sounds awful! It just seems like bodily fluids are the sort of thing they should keep track of. It makes me wonder about my office.
