We're getting two Chicco Keyfit Car Seats, and are going to check out strollers next weekend. My sister has the same car seat with the single Chicco travel system to go with it, and this past weekend we learned that her stroller doesn't fit in my car (I have a Prius, the stroller was too long). It fit fine in H's Accord, but now I'm worried about whether or not we'll find a double stroller that will fit into my car. Does anyone have any suggestions? We're definitely going to be checking out the City Select, and I'm hoping that one collapses a little better. My father said "just go buy a new car" - if only we had that kind of money!

Re: Stroller Question
DSNG
4 Fresh IVF cycles + 1 FET where embies didn't survive the thaw = 2 perfect little men!
sFET 11/9/11 - Beta 11/18 BFP!
The smallest double I own is a Combi twin. Unfortunately...I don't think it can safely hold carseats. I could be wrong? I never tried... I had Chicco keyfits too...and had the double Chicco stroller. It's a huge thing. (long)
I did end up having to get a new vehicle. I bought a safe used Tahoe. Twin gear can get really bulky...
Damn, I was hoping to get a nice stroller in our existing cars. I figured that wasn't going to happen!
Maybe instead of buying one nice stroller we'll get 3 DSNG's - one for us, and one for each set of grandparents (who will be helping with daycare).
DSNG is only useful for when they are in their infant seats.... If you are going to get three, I would recommend picking them off CL.
After that, maybe a kinderwagon?
