Share your total elimination diet

LO gets a little bit better every time I eliminate another potential allergen from my diet, but I just never feel like he's all better, so I think I'm going to go on a total elimination diet. I'm leaning toward Dr. Sears' TED (organic turkey, squash, potatoes and pears), but the organic turkey as my only source of protein seems a bit expensive. Just wondering, if you've done a TED, what did you eat? Thanks!

  • I haven't done a TED- but I think quinoa would fit.  It's GF and you can cook it in some chicken broth (I know I've seen organic turkey broth too at our grocery store) and eat it like soup.  It has a ton of protein and it's fairly cheap.
