What is waking LO up?

For the past 5 nights, we do our normal bedtime routine, and then put LO to bed.  Sometime's he's sound alseep, sometimes drowsy.  He'll be fine for 30-45 minutes and then he wakes up crying.  We give him his pacifier (which he doesn't use to fall asleep the first time) and then sometimes have to continually go in, rock him and reinsert the pacifier.  This is a new thing, and it's driving us all NUTS!!!  What is waking LO up??  He's swaddled so that increases the mystery.  Does he wake up and realize he doesn't have his pacifier?  I'm stumped!

With the changing weather have you turned the heater on/turned fans off? Maybe it's the temperature in the room that's making LO uncomfortable?

This. My LO has STTN for the last couple weeks but had two nights where he woke up at like 3 for no reason. We figured out it was because he was cold (the weather has taken a turn for the colder the past couple days). Once we added pants to him, he went back to STTN.

When our LO wakes up it's usually gas or poo or she has unswaddled herself.
