Pelvic pain?

Anyone else experiencing sharp pains in their pelvis and vaginal area? It kind of feels like some of the sharp cramps I used to get during my period. I think that is has something to do with the growing of my uterus, but it is a little disconcerting.

Could it be lightening crotch? Short stabby sort of pain? It's pretty common, caused from growing and stretching.

I have pains that are exactly what I had when I woould get my period. I have just been putting it off to everything growing.
