So to the GI we go

We go on Monday, a month ago he tested negative for Dairy, soy, gluten, wheat and a few others but he is still getting diarrhea when we deviate from a  BRAT diet.  I feel like he can not eat anything right now and so tired.  Could it still be allergies or something going on with his GI tract?
