Baby shower in Northern NJ.. tea party??

I want to do a simple tea party type baby shower in late November / early Dec for myself (my friend is also helping). Something cute/pretty and simple with Tea and cookies (no full on food) for about 20-40 people.

Any suggestions for northern NJ places that are not too expensive? or perhaps free?

Not sure of the expense, but in Chester, there is a tea room!  They serve tea, sandwiches, and cookies.

HighSocietea in Wayne. It's right off of Route 23. We had my friend's bridal shower there and it was great!

This area floods big time I think, I'd call to see if they are still open.

Definitely HighSocietea if they are open and are accepting party bookings. Wonderful place!
