Just found out my 10 month old has milk/soy allergy

Any suggestions of recipe sites or do you have any good recipes that would be 10 month old friendly?  I'm getting a little OCD about searching through every.single.container of food to look for soy and milk!

dairy/soy free ~HeartSmart Bisquick (White Box) pancake mix  (you can make pancakes, sponge cake..)
