Hey! No, it is the old style, so it does not fold up as easily as the newer ones do (otherwise I would price it higher ;o)), but it is nice and works great if someone is looking for a jogger. I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use, but we have used it for taking both kids for walks. I didn't want to spend the $$$ on a new double stroller bc Kate was 3 when Isaac came home, and she already liked to walk (like a "big girl")--and I didn't really know how long we would use it. So if someone is interested in a double jogger but doesn't want to spend $$$, this is a great deal! )
