I'm still having M/S everyday but I noticed my appetite is increasing every single day. I just had to share and hope you will too.
For breakfast: Frosted mini wheats and 2% milk - for the 30 min drive to work I had a no bake peanut butter cornflake cookie and crystal light lemonade
For snack: a cupcake and a 32 oz peach/cherry mixed slushee
For lunch: taco salad; popcorn shrimp; italian pasta salad with pepperonis
For snack again I will have an activia yogurt - blueberry is my favorite and string cheese
For dinner we are having steak, mashed potatos and green beans.

Breakfast- bowl of rice krispies
Snack- Pumpkin spice latte
Lunch- 1/2 italian cold cut sub (don't tell the lunch meat police) with chips
Dinner-have not decided yet if I want carryout or to go somewhere (we have a babysitter to go out tomorrow, so I am leaning towards some type of carryout, but can't think of what to get, any suggestions?)
Dessert- I am assuming birthday cake or some other dessert that DH will surprise me with (today is my birthday!
)
Breakfast - Cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and coffee
Snack - Chocolate dipped strawberries and bananas (a co-workers birthday is today), cheese and crackers
Lunch - Mixed rice medley with seasoned black beans
Dinner - No clue. I'm hoping DH (today is his day off from work this week) cooks something other than Hamburger Helper today?
Dessert - Probably going to munch on a few maple pecan treats
Breakfast - Big bowl of regular Cheerios with 1% milk
Lunch - Vegan teriyaki "chicken" whole wheat wrap with carrots, cucumber, and cabbage w/ apple and almond salad
Snack - Half a vegan lemon poppy seed muffin and a vegan chocolate chip cookie
Dinner - Not sure yet, but maybe more Cheerios
I'm not actually vegan (or vegetarian), but there is a good vegan restaurant near where I work :]
Breakfast: OJ, toast with butter and peanut butter (normally I do just PB and love it but my coworkers convinced me to try butter AND PB together - can't really recommend it though), Earl Grey tea plain
Lunch: reheated baked potato with butter and sour cream (super yummy!)
Snack: looking forward to a slice of banana bread that I made on Sunday, probably a can of cherry Coke at some point
Dinner: no clue, it's only 1:30, and I have no idea how my stomach will feel from one hour to the next
Breakfast- lean pocket with egg cheese and turkey bacon in it
snack- pumpkin spiced latte frap
lunch- a friend works at an awesome little sandwhich place and made me a veggie sandwhich with roasted squash, red peppers, zuchinni, greens, cheese and balsamic vinegar on this yummy whole grain bread. It was the best thing I've ever eaten and I am not a vegetarian type person lol!
dinner- we are going out to buffalo wild wings with some friends tonight so who knows what I'll eat there lol!

Breakfast - Pumpkin Latte and a Bagel
Lunch - 1/2 of a Steak tip Kabob Wrap (soooooo delish!)
Snack - planning on the other 1/2 of the wrap mmmmmm
Dinner - Headed to the British Beer Company ... where I will be depressed that I can't get a Monty Python Holy Grail Ale - but I'll cheer up as soon as I get my New England Pasty (Stuffed with slow roasted turkey breast and cornbread stuffing, cheddar mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. Served with cheddar mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, fresh vegetables and turkey gravy) mmmmmmm
Dessert - I've been getting full so easily lately that I might not have enough room, even later on! =(

Lunch- Pulled Pork Sandwich

Lunch: Boss bought everyone pizza today, so 3 slices of spicy Sicilian pizza (and no heartburn or gas. Yaaa, me!)
Snack: Mango/peach fruit cup
Dinner: It will be grilled salmon, brussels sprouts and rice.
Breakfast: Homemade vegetable and fruit juice, Fage 0% greek yogurt with banana
Snack: Nectarine
Lunch: vegetable soup and small spinach salad

Dinner: most likely grilled chicken and broccoli

Breakfast: A egg white and spinach sandwich from DD and an orange juice. Since I just got back last night there was no food in our house.
Snack: Bagel & lowfat cream cheese.
Lunch: A spinach salad with mozzarella and egg whites (my fave salad ever) and wasabi dijon dressing. I also have a raspberry yogurt but I'll probably eat that just before I go to the gym.
Dinner: Who knows. My husband is off today, so I will coordinate with him after work.

Dinner: Unknown - dinner with the grandparents
2nd Dinner: Very possible, since dinner is at 5:30, will probably be a peach cut up in a bowl of milk and 1/2 of a sweet potato

I am slowly starting to eat actual meals again. Still nauseous, but at least food sounds good.

My poor DH broke his hip last wednesday so she's been my saving grace.
Weird eating today because we were headed back from VT and I was fighting lots of m/s and faitigue...............
Breakfast: Went out for breakfast and could only eat a few bites of eggs and home fries but did have some bacon
Lunch: Two slices of toast with butter left over from lunch. Then after a nap I had two cucumbers and a peach
Dinner: Going bowling with some friends so we will probably get a bunch of apps. I have been craving nachos so maybe I'll get some. yum!
