Reese's four month appointment is next week and she is STILL in 0-3 (and many of them are ACTUALLY big) The only thing she is in 3-6 month is the feet sleepers
Anything from 3-6 months to 1 size 18 month shirt and some size 12 mos stuff. Footed sleepers we are in size 9-12 months because he has long legs. His cloth diapers also make a huge difference.
He's a long skinny baby. Not quite as skinny as he has gained 1lb in the last 2 weeks.
Eta: I already posted this on facebook but for those who are not on the FB group, here is one of DS's newborn sleepers he wore for the first two weeks and one of his current sleepers.
norah was 14.8 lbs. a few days ago and i have no idea how long she is. she's in 3-6 month everything but growing out of it before she's going to be 6 months for sure. i figure she'll probably slow down at some point here since she's bf, but i have mostly 6-12 stuff for winter and i bought 12-18 month stuff ahead for next summer.
She is in 6-9 (9 for Circo and Carters) and 6-12 for Gap and Old Navy. She is growing a lot faster than I remember DS growing, but my husband said he was the same way.
DD is wearing 3-6 month clothing. A lot of it is too big, but she's too long for 0-3 month items now.
Married to my best friend 6/5/10
BFP #1 9/7/10, EDD 5/14/11, Violet born 5/27/11.
BFP #2 4/9/12, EDD 12/16/12, M/C Rory 4/24/12.
BFP #3 10/6/12, EDD 6/16/12., Matilda born 6/17/13.
Brady is pretty much a solid 6 months. I just bought a bunch of 6-12 stuff at the old navy sale for fall/winter.
We just started size 3 huggies. (they're a bit big, but 2's were too tight).
Dr. Appointment next week, but I'm assuming he's about 16 pounds, almost 17
Nolan's 4 month appointment was today and he's 17 lbs even and 25.5 inches. He's mostly wearing 6 month stuff...a couple 3-6 month things that still fit. He's been in size 3 diapers for about 2 weeks now too. My MIL just asked me what size stuff to buy him for Christmas....I have no idea. He is growing so fast, I'm scared by Christmas at 7 months old, he might be outgrowing 9 month stuff by then.
she's mainly still in her summer clothes, which are Carter's 3 months. The items that are not Carter's, she's pretty much still in 0-3. I just moved her to size 2 pampers, but solely because she ran out of size 1's. I bought her 3-6 month, or Carter's 6 month for fall/early winter and 6-12/Carter's 9 months for late winter.
This is us too. He will be out of 6mo stuff soon, and if he is in his cloth diapers he needs 9 or 12mo clothes. Except for one pair of freakishly large NB pants that he has, that still fit over his CD butt.

How about yours?
This is us except she can still wear a few newborn outfits. I tried her 3-6 month sleepers last night and they are really big but her others have been washed so many times they are getting to short. I have some gowns I may use in the mean time. We are still in sz 1 pampers.
Still 0-3 and most of it is big. She still has a newborn outfit or two that she can wear (they make the bloomers soooo big). I have put her into some 3-6 month stuff but it is big but I am kind of trying to run through all of the summer stuff that she hasn't got to wear. I thought she was going to be a lot bigger than she is. i think we are about to move up to size 2 diapers just because she is out of size 1 and i buy them by the carton and would hate for her to hit a growth spurt and not be able to wear them.
He's all over the place. Anywhere from 0-3 up to 9 mos. Most of his stuff is Carter's which he's a firm 6 mos size. Why can't companies be consistent in their sizing? Grrr.
DD still only fits in 3/0-3 month onesies and some of those are big. A lot of outfits I've moved to the 3-6/6 month because its getting colder, but I have to roll sleeves and pants. The only thing I've moved to 3-6/6 months size because she's out growing it is sleepers. And this is all over a fluffy CD butt. DD is only about 11.5 lbs and around 24". She's my little peanut.

At playgroup last Tuesday there was a baby there who looked like D could eat her. I was saying how cute and tiny she was and asked her mom when her birthday was. She's only 5 days younger than D. When I told the mom that she couldn't believe it.
DD is in 3-6 month or 6 month, for now. Although looking at her 9 mo stuff, she is going to be wearing it sooner than later. She's also started to wear some of her 6-12 stuff (sleepers).

Mostly 3-6 mos/6 mo in Carter's but some of them are getting too small, mostly too short. She's just about too long for her 6-9 month sleepers. size 3 huggies. She's almost 17 pounds.

I win for fattest baby. He is in 12 month clothes and has been for around a month. He was 17lbs even at his 2 month appt and his 4 month is next week. I bet he's around 22-25 lbs right now.
Size 4 diapers, too. Drives me nuts that the baby on the box is walking around and mine still hasn't turned over!
He is in a combo of 0-3 and 3-6 depending on how the brand runs. Footed sleepers is mainly 3-6 unless they are a long 3-6. Pants he wears 3-6, but that is only because I cloth diaper. In the waist, even 0-3 are big on him without his fluffy butt.
It is going to be a challenge to find clothes that fit ds right. He is in the 17th percentile for height and 5th percentile for weight. Chances are pretty good that he will continue to get tall fairly quickly as dh is 6'4".
Edited to add: At his four month appt, he weighed 12 lbs and was 24 inches long.
This is our guy exactly. He's breastfed and is only 13lbs, but the pedi said he is perfect and healthy so we aren't worried. He will be 5 months old on the 6th and is only just now moving into 3-6 months (although he's been wearing the jammies for a while now)

Elijah: 6 months only
ETA: we cloth diaper so the fluffy butts cause some issues

Same here. DD was a long baby when she was born. But this is the same as my DD.
My giant baby is in 9 month cloths.
