rice vegan cheese

anyone have any go to stores for this product? Its the slices made by the "galaxy" company and they come in a cheddar and american flavor. Its the only slice cheese i have found for jacob and our local martins stopped stocking it and i cant get any relevant info out of anyone there as to whether they are gonna get it back or not...

    i think it has casein in it which is a cows milk protein.  Can you check the ingredients and see if it does? curious, but i know that brand does have rice cheese products with Casein in it which my son has had a pretty bad reaction to (skin reaction)

    We did have one that was safe for my DD, however she hated it so we ended up throwing it out. I don't remember the brand, but we got it at TOPS.

    yea there are three flavors of the rice vegan cheese that are completely dairy free! you cant get the "veggie slices" or the kind that just says rice, they both contain the casein-it has to say "rice vegan" on it. Our local Martins carried the cheddar and american slices for the longest time, but it wasnt there the other day :(

    We get the caesin free slices at Whole Foods.  That is the only place near us that carries them.

    We get ours at Wegmans.   AND I did not know Tops offers this.  Will have to check better next time I go because Wegmans a long way away and Tops is in town.

    we drove an hour yesterday to a wegmans and OMG! its an allergy food persons dream!!! We got a huge case pack of non-cold soy milk for trips; tons of vegan cheese; 2 case packs of 3 of jacobs regular soy milk; and idk what else, but it was awesome!!! I wish it was closer-my hubby was off yesterday so thats the only way we were able to get there with the two screamers in tow ;)
