temp drop has me down

Temp dropped below my CH this AM at 7 dpo. I know that dosen't mean I am out yet but last cycle ( only charted mid cycle on) i had a 6 day lp and my af showed her face at what would have been 7 dpo.
I am going to just hope my temp spikes again tomorrow. But if not and AF does show her face. What do suggest. I have been off BCP since april so i know i could still be regulating.
Would you call the doc to see if there is some things i could do to lengthen the lp?
