Fishy Smell?!

My LO's BM are smelling really fishy! Is this bad? We have an appt in 2 days but I was hoping to find out sooner.

The smell has started recently. I was BFing and then quit. Went on Enfamil and she wasn't doing well with it so we switched to Similac. She's doing much better on the Similac but since her BM smells like fish! Anyone elses? It's worrying me a little. I've been around many babies and changed many diapers, but have never smelled this.

I only supplement with formula and it definitely makes LO smell funny. I was wondering what the heck the smell was and wondering why he stinks and was giving him baths every day and it still wouldn't go away, then I smelled the powder and that was what it smelled like to me, a bitter fishy smell. Its only for a little while after he has eaten some formula. The Enfamil smells worse, the Similac smells a little better to me.
