Birthday Party oddities

So, yesterday we had a party for DD1. She's two now. It was an "art" party. Not as many people came as I had hoped. One friend came with DD1's best friend. She brought her elderly parents with here. I hadn't invited them. Okay... no problem, there's plently of food to go around. Later, she starts taking apart one of the centerpieces (which had markers on it) to let her LO use. Then... she left before presents and cake. I thought she was staying the whole time. So strange....

Otherwise, the party went well. I'll have to share pictures but currently my piggy DD2 is hungry.. never ends : )
