my dd is 28 months old and has been potty trained for about a month. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed a yellowy discharge on her underpants. When I ask her she says she is fine and 'nothing hurts' - but, is this normal. She also has what I thought was a heat rash under her armpit.

I know you all aren't doctors (well, maybe some are) but I thought I would ask if this is normal. I keep meaning to call the dr but because it doesn't seem to be bothering her I am not sure.
