I can honestly say I have never felt her on my left side. She's breech, so I feel her head jammed up into my sternum or right ribs and my belly seems lopsided to the right.
yeah he loves my left side. Though I feel him in all areas, he seems to be more content moving on that side.
But never feeling her on one side? I'd ask your dr about that.
Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever! Expecting again after IVF
Oooh don't scare me! lol. Is it weird that I've never felt her on my left side?? The furtherest I've felt her is my belly button, never anymore to the left though, I hope that doesn't mean anything bad.....
I have no knowledge about any of it, but I'd ask the question!
Have
they told you that you have an anterior placenta? That might be why you
don't feel her further up than your belly button.

He always hangs out on my left side. I've only felt him on my right side once or twice the entire time I've been pregnant. He has pretty consistent movement though, so I haven't been concerned about it. I've also never felt him above my belly button, he's always below.
I don't think you should be at all worried that you haven't felt movement on the other side or up higher. It is very common for babies to prefer one side much more over the other. I hardly feel mine on the left; in fact, I don't think I have at all for about a month (she does move just to the left of my belly button, but never over to my side)...and I never felt her much above my belly button through my entire pregnancy. She moves a ton, and that's all I need to know
I've felt him on both from time to time, but ever since the first time I could find the heartbeat he tends to hang out on the right side. Now that he's cramped for space I still feel some little kicks/punchs on the left, but the bulges and body parts sticking up are always on the right.
This baby seems to be all over. Most of my movement seems to be in the middle. At one appointment he was on the left, another he was right behind hind the belly button, at the latest he was to the right.
She mostly hangs out on my right side. I can almost always feel her back pressed against my side and her butt sticking out above and to the right of my navel, and I get kicks along my left side. Every once in a while if she's feeling restless she'll wiggle her butt over to the left, but I never get kicks on the right side.

He likes to be on whatever side aches more that day... He does move back and forth a lot, but every time he goes to the left my sciatic nerve bugs me until he goes to the right. I really hope he settles on the right side soon.
She's ALWAYS on my right side. ?I cannot even remember a time when she ventured over to the left. ?Her butt has just nestled right into my right rib as she's gotten bigger -- makes for real comfy nights!?

she hangs out mostly on my right side but i do feel the occassional kick on my left side.
my mom said girls tend to stay on the right while boys stay on the left. Dont know if that is true but in my case it is.
