Pant Recs? XP

My short round child was blessed with my stubby legs. His shorts this summer have been brushing his ankles.

Any recommendations for size 3-5T (depending on the brand) pants that are good for little pot bellies? I really don't want to shorten pant legs so he can walk.

Bonus if they have real stores I could visit to try them on!

How much does he weigh?  How tall is he?  I like TCP for my boys who have bums... but they have adjustable waists so they work well for us.

He's 30 lbs & 32" - belly heavy.

I find Old Navy has the best stretchy elastic waist bands for DD's belly. Some of the pants/jeans there have buttons part way up the legs so you can roll the pant leg and button it there (it's supposed to turn them into capris, but works for pants for DD until she grows into them more).

My DS is about the same height/weight.  I've found anything with an elastic waist to fit him better, even compared to pants with adjustable waists (they always had to be let out to the max anyway).  I like the Jumping Beans brand best, and he actually still fits in his 2T's from last year.
