We have this Travel System Stroller. The infant car seat seems to include body support padding. Do we also need to get a Head/Neck Support they sell separately?
I've read that you are not supposed to add anything to the car seat that does not come with it because it voids the safety warranty. Basically, I do not think that it is safe to add inserts that are not made specifically for your car seat. The infant supports that Chicco car seats have with them provide all the support that your infant should need.
Everything here! We have the Chicco KeyFit travel system and the head support that comes with it is just fine. Adding your own would void the warranty... DD was always comfy in that seat from the day she came home.

This was her the day she came home:

And this was her at 3 weeks:

She was comfy both times!
