I got a bottle of apple lotion and antibacterial soap from Bath and Body Works and then bought a really yummy caramel apple from a gourmet chocolate shop to put with it.  I thought it was very fall-ish!

Victoria Secret usually has cute little totes with scented products in them, some are really nice.?

My SIL loves to cook so we got her a culinary herb garden from RedEnvelope.com- Maybe there are some ideas on there? Or try gifts.com- that is a website that makes suggestions for you... HTH
