Pregnant after a Loss
Appointment today...went well.
Well I had my 30 week appointment today. My 1 hour glucose test came back fine. Yippee for that. I talked to the doc about whether she thought I would be able to deliver vaginally or have to have a c-section and she said we are shooting for a vaginal delivery. ( I asked this because I have had several abdominal surgeries prior to this baby. i.e. a hernia repair, tummy tuck, and ectopic tube removal) So far all is great with this baby and now I start going to appointments every two weeks. I also asked her when I should stop taking the baby aspirin and she said that it is ok to take all the way through, but that if I want I can stop taking it at 37 weeks. What did any of your docs say about this if you were or are on baby aspirin? I can't believe we only have 10 weeks left! Hope all is well with all of you. love to everyone.

My doc said to go off b.a. at 28 weeks because it can SOMETIMES hinder the heart fully closing. But I'll still be on my lovenox (I have MTHFR) until about 38-39 weeks and then I'll be induced.?
Congrats on a great appointment! I've been on Lovenox & aspirin since the + pg test. I will be switching to heparin at 37 weeks until delivery!

Glad to hear you'll be able to try for the kind of delivery you want - that is good news! And I know what you mean - time has started flying by, hasn't it? 10 weeks is nothing!!
